Two rare cars stolen from Puyallup warehouse

Police in Pierce County are looking for the suspects responsible for the burglary and theft of two rare vehicles.

Police in Pierce County are looking for the suspects responsible for the burglary and theft of two rare vehicles.

According to the Tacoma/Pierce County CrimeStoppers website, some time between 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8 and 9 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 9 unidentified suspects broke into a Puyallup warehouse located near 162nd Street and Meridian East and stole a blue 1965 Chevrolet Stingray, 2-door hardtop coupe and a dark gray 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 2-door hardtop with black racing stripes.

Each car is valued at more that $150,000 for each vehicle.

CrimeStoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest(s) and charges filed for the person or people in the case.
