Firefighters used oxygen to revive a Bonney Lake family's cat after an early morning house fire Thursday.
Smoke alarms helped a Bonney Lake family escape their home early this morning as flames quickly spread from the garage, according to East Pierce Fire & Rescue.
Flames from a van that caught fire on Interstate 82 south of Coffin Road has spread to 400 to 500 acres, but the wildland fire is almost contained, according to Benton Fire District 1 spokesman Devin Helland.
Bonney Lake High School’s drama and music departments will present the musical comedy “Guys and Dolls” at the Performing Arts Center, 1707 Main St., Sumner.
