Federal Way police said Wednesday they’re looking for a man who has been missing since April and suffers from physical and mental disabilities.

Raymond Lee Shiflet, 47, walked away from a private care facility April 15 in the 3200 block of Southwest 344th Street, police said.

He went missing twice in 2011 and was returned both times.

Police have distributed bulletins about Shiflet over the past several months.

His family is out-of-state and has not heard from him, police said.

Shiflet is 5 feet, 10 inches and 180 pounds.

Information about Shiflet can be called into police at 253-835-6895 or 911, or emailed to kristopher.krusey@cityoffederalway.com.
