A computer glitch that temporarily disabled United Airlines’ website and halted its computerized ticketing system has delayed flights throughout the world’s largest airline’s network nationwide and angered some of its passengers.
Today’s computer problem is the latest of a series of computer issues the airline has experienced since last spring when it combined its network with Continental Airlines’. The two airlines have merged their operations.
