Two were injured after the hitch to a horse trailer broke causing a two-car crash on Interstate 5 near Centralia Friday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.

A Sunnyside police officer and his K-9 partner Helios assisted the Washington State Patrol on Sunday morning in locating a suspect who reportedly crashed through a fence off Interstate 82, and then tried to elude police.
The suspect, who was not identified, apparently had been traveling at a high rate of speed on the interstate when he lost control of the vehicle crashed through the fence.
The vehicle was caught in the fence by the time the WSP arrived, and the suspect fled on foot but was soon tracked down and apprehended by Sunnyside K-9 officer and Helios.
