A closure set for tonight on eastbound state Route 16 has been rescheduled for Thursday night.
Due to snow, several schools are affected this morning.
Crews will close two lanes of southbound Interstate 5 in Federal Way beginning tonight so they can work on improving drainage pipes, the state Department of Transportation reported.
Eastbound State Route 16 will close at Union Avenue tonight at 11 p.m. until 4 a.m. Friday.
The new state budget proposed by the Republican-controlled Washington State Senate would eliminate funding for the Department of Ecology's Bellingham field office. Lummi Nation has sent a letter to Senate leaders protesting the possible closure of that office.
