Each week’s new theme offers individual play, group activities, songs and a circle time for adults and children. • Listen to civil rights icon Carlotta Walls LaNier, author of the memoir “A Mighty Long Way: My Journey to Justice at Little Rock Central High School.” She will deliver the convocation speech at The Evergreen State College’s Tacoma Campus at 6:30 tonight; 1210 Sixth Ave., Tacoma; 253-680-3000, evergreen.edu.
