State fish biologist and veteran angler Larry Phillips will give a presentation on fishing the Olympic Peninsula and lower Columbia River at Thursday’s meeting of the Puget Sound Fly Fishers.

Formed in 2006, the group assists the Enforcement Program with public outreach and education, hunter/fisher relations, legislation and the state administrative code.
