Buffalo Bills running back C. J. Spiller left Sunday's contest against the Cleveland Browns and will not return.

Spiller injured his shoulder at the end of a 25-yard reception that was negated by a holding penalty. He walked off the field and went to the locker room for further examination.

Spiller scored a touchdown on the Bills' second possession on Sunday before leaving the contest. He rushed for over 100 yards in each of Buffalo's first two games this season.
