The Miami Dolphins signed wide receiver Jabar Gaffney and released wide receiver Legedu Naanee on Tuesday.
Gaffney had the best season of his career last year with the Washington Redskins, catching 68 passes for 947 yards and five touchdowns.
The 31-year-old Gaffney has played in 155 career games with Houston, New England, Denver and Washington, recording 5,622 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns.
Naanee had one catch for 19 yards in four games for the Dolphins this season. The Boise State product has 1,232 receiving yards and four scores in 73 career contests with San Diego, Carolina and Miami.
The Dolphins also released defensive lineman Andre Fluellen and waived/injured linebacker Mike Rivera.
