Chargers ink CB Carr

The San Diego Chargers have signed cornerback Chris Carr to a one-year contract.

The San Diego Chargers have signed cornerback Chris Carr to a one-year contract.

Carr has played in 105 career games with the Oakland Raiders, Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens, recording 209 tackles, 2 1/2 sacks and six interceptions.

The Boise State product spent this year's training camp with the Minnesota Vikings but was released during the team's final cuts.

Carr will officially be added to the active roster on Wednesday.
