New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks will not play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

Nicks has missed the past two games with foot and knee injuries. The North Carolina product, who fractured his foot in May, has caught 14 passes for 237 yards and one touchdown in two contests this season.

Fellow wide receiver Ramses Barden is trying to recover from a concussion suffered in last Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He has yet to practice this week.

In addition, guard Chris Snee (hip), defensive tackle Rocky Bernard (quadriceps), linebacker Michael Boley (hip), cornerbacks Jayron Hosley (hamstring) and Corey Webster (hand/hamstring) and safeties Kenny Phillips (knee) and Antrel Rolle (knee) did not participate in Thursday's practice.
