New cupcake bakery opens in downtown Tacoma

It might be a bit of a stretch to call Wanna Cupcake?'s new downtown Tacoma location a "cupcake bakery." Think of it as more of a cupcake kiosk. Located in the hallway just outside Anthem Coffee - which is sandwiched between Union Station and the Washington State History Museum - is a tiny outpost of the bakery that got its start at the Puyallup Farmers Market. The bakery opened its first retail location in June on Main Street in Puyallup, quickly expanding last month to downtown Tacoma.
