The Vice Presidential debate When: 6-7:30 PDT tonight.

Where: Centre College in Danville, Ky.

TV: CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, PBS, C-SPAN and cable news networks.

Topic: Foreign, domestic policy.

Format: The only debate between GOP vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan and Vice President Joe Biden will be divided into nine timed segments of about 10 minutes each. The moderator will be Martha Raddatz of ABC News.
