Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings, though the rookie sensation was a full participant in Friday's practice.

Griffin exited last week's 24-17 loss to Atlanta in the third quarter with a concussion resulting from a hard hit from Falcons' linebacker Sean Weatherspoon, but his extensive workload in Friday's session indicates the 2011 Heisman Trophy recipient should be under center against the Vikings barring any setbacks.

Under the NFL's new concussion policy, Griffin still must pass tests administered by team trainers and independent doctors in the next couple of days before being ruled eligible to play.

"If he passes his tests and we don't see any symptoms, then it looks like he'll be ready to go," said Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan.

Wide receiver Pierre Garcon also received a questionable tag for Sunday's tilt due to a foot injury he sustained in Washington's season-opening win at New Orleans. The offseason acquisition had not been listed on the Redskins' injury report on either Wednesday or Thursday.

Garcon missed two games in September with the same ailment, but has been active in each of Washington's last two contests and had three catches for 24 yards against Atlanta.
