Two transient men are being accused of second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing a man in West Olympia Friday night, according to the Olympia Police Department.

Police arrested two 21-year-old men Saturday morning on suspicion of participating in the assault. Police say the three men had an "altercation" Friday afternoon that resulted in the stabbing. They have since been booked in Thurston County Jail, police said.

The area of Cooper Point Road Southwest between Evergreen Park Drive Southwest and Carriage Drive Southwest was closed off during the investigation Friday night.
