Manningham has been limited in practice this week with a shoulder injury. He has 24 catches for 258 yards and one touchdown in six games this season.
Staley was limited in practice the last two days with a concussion he sustained in Sunday's 26-3 loss to the New York Giants.
Running back Brandon Jacobs (knee) is also questionable.
