San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mario Manningham is out while left tackle Joe Staley is active for Thursday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Manningham was limited in practice this week with a shoulder injury. He has 24 catches for 258 yards and one touchdown in six games this season.

Staley was limited in practice the last two days with a concussion he sustained in Sunday's 26-3 loss to the New York Giants.

Running back Brandon Jacobs, who has been out all season with a knee injury, is active for the game.

All three players were listed as questionable on Wednesday's injury report.
