Dallas Cowboys center Phil Costa exited Sunday's 19-14 win against the Carolina Panthers late in the first half with an ankle injury.

He was forced out of action when a Carolina player appeared to roll onto his right leg while attempting to make a tackle following a Dallas turnover.

X-rays taken a short time later were negative. Ryan Cook took over for the remainder of the game.
