The Puyallup man snored in the driver’s seat of a stolen car. His window was down. He was 50, parked and wasted in the 2600 block of South Delin Street.
Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is looking for the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly used a stolen credit card Monday at a Kennewick business.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 cash reward for any information on the man's identity.
