TUESday’s highlights
Courtney Schwan’s 26 kills and six aces, along with Katy DeGroot’s 37 assists, lifted Bellarmine Prep over rival Olympia, 25-14, 25-20, 17-25, 25-14, to win the 4A Narrows League title.
Rejie Wright had nine kills and three blocks with Aliyah Carector chipping in 13 assists and three blocks in Mount Tahoma’s win against Foss, 25-22, 25-22, 25-11.
Wilson’s Sojournah Channel racked up 18 kills and 26 digs with Alexis Slater adding 13 kills and three blocks in a Narrows 3A win over Shelton, 24-26, 29-27, 25-23, 19-25, 15-6. Joy Olsen had 39 assists for the Rams.
Jessica Udovich scored the go-ahead goal in the 35th minute as Puyallup beat Federal Way, 3-1, to clinch the SPSL South 4A girls soccer title.
Kristina Spaur scored three goals with Katie Mayer added two to lift Charles Wright over Nisqually 1A opponent Chimacum, 6-1.
