Buffalo Bills right tackle Erik Pears and cornerback Terrence McGee are both listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

Pears is dealing with a hip injury that forced him to miss practice on Thursday and Friday. He saw a specialist on Thursday.

Chris Hairston would step in at the right tackle if Pears is unable to play Sunday.

McGee (knee) was limited in practice all week, but he's still not close to 100 percent as he tries to play through a slow rehabilitation following knee surgery in the offseason.

The Bills also moved rookie cornerback Ron Brooks off their injured reserve list to the active roster. Brooks was designated as the team's player to return back on Sept. 4th.

Brooks needed surgery to repair a broken foot, but his recovery and rehab went well with no setbacks.

The Bills placed offensive lineman Chad Rinehart on injured reserve to make room for Brooks. Rinehart suffered a severe ankle injury in Week 7 against Tennessee and was carted off the field.
