Packers All-Pro linebacker Clay Matthews exited Sunday's game against the Cardinals with a hamstring injury.
Matthews was able to limp off the field and into the locker room in the third quarter, but did not return.
The Packers held on for the win, but also saw wide receiver Jordy Nelson (ankle) and offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga (hip) exit early.
They were playing without several key starters due to injury: wide receiver Greg Jennings (abdominal), running back Cedric Benson (foot), defensive back Charles Woodson (collarbone) and defensive end Jerel Worthy (concussion).
Green Bay has its bye next week.
