Martin was originally placed on the PUP list in late July after failing a physical which stemmed from a knee injury suffered before the NFL combine.
The 22-year-old Oklahoma State product was taken with Tennessee's sixth-round pick in the 2012 draft.
In other roster news, the Titans waived defensive end Pannel Egboh.
