No criminal charges will be filed against a Kopachuck Middle School teacher who was accused of participating in a classroom bullying incident captured on student cell phone videos, Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist said today.
The incident occurred in February. Videos showed students carrying an eighth-grade boy around by his arms and legs, trapping him beneath overturned chairs, pulling off his socks and more. At times, teacher Jon Rosi joined in, the videos showed.
