Shaun Suisham buried a 23-yard field goal less than a minute into overtime, as the Pittsburgh Steelers survived a scare from the Kansas City Chiefs with a 16-13 victory on Monday night at Heinz Field. Chiefs kicker Ryan Succop sent the game into an extra session with a 46-yard field goal as time expired in regulation before Kansas City got the first possession of overtime. It wouldn't last long however, as Matt Cassel was intercepted by Lawrence Timmons on the second play from scrimmage. Timmons returned the pick 23 yards to the Kansas City 5 and Suisham trotted out on the next play for the game-winning field goal. The victory came with a price for the Steelers (6-3), who lost starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to a right shoulder injury early in the second half. Roethlisberger, who finished 9-of-18 for 84 yards and a touchdown before the injury, left the stadium to have his shoulder examined further according to multiple reports. Cassel passed for 154 yards on 11-of-26 efficiency with one big interception. Jamaal Charles carried the load with 100 yards and a score on 23 carries for the Chiefs (1-8), who have lost six straight.

Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - Joe Flacco threw for 341 yards, three touchdowns and one interception on 21-of-33 passing and ran for a TD as the Baltimore Ravens blasted the Oakland Raiders, 55-20, at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday. Torrey Smith caught two touchdown passes for a total of 67 yards and Dennis Pitta added five catches for 67 yards and a score for the Ravens (7-2), who established a new franchise record for most points in one game. Ray Rice ran for 35 yards and a score on 13 carries and Jacoby Jones chipped in with a 105-yard kickoff return for a score in Baltimore's second straight win. Carson Palmer threw for 368 yards, two touchdowns and one pick on 29- of-45 passing, while Denarius Moore and Darrius Heyward-Bey added touchdown catches for the Raiders (3-6), who have lost two straight following a two-game winning streak. Marcel Reece ran for 48 yards on 13 carries for Oakland, which played without running backs Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson due to injury.

Cincinnati, OH (Sports Network) - Andy Dalton threw four touchdown passes to four different receivers, as the Cincinnati Bengals hammered the New York Giants, 31-13, at Paul Brown Stadium. The Bengals (4-5) had their way with the reigning Super Bowl champions right from the opening possession, which saw Dalton fire a 56-yard pass to A.J. Green for a quick touchdown. Dalton played mistake-free for the first time this season, hitting 21-of-30 passes for 199 yards to help Cincinnati snap a four-game skid. Eli Manning threw two interceptions and lost a fumble for the NFC East-leading Giants (6-4), who head into their bye week on a two-game losing streak. Manning finished with just 215 yards on 29-of-46 attempts and did not throw a touchdown pass for a third straight game -- his longest drought since his 2004 rookie season.

The Tennessee Titans were embarrassed last week at home against Chicago, but on Sunday welcomed second-year quarterback Jake Locker back to the starting lineup and dominated the Miami Dolphins in a 37-3 rout at Sun Life Stadium. Locker had been sidelined with a separated left shoulder since Week 4. He didn't put up overwhelming numbers in his return, throwing for 122 yards with a pair of touchdowns on just 9-of-21 efficiency, but the Titans (4-6) moved the ball effectively and took advantage of four Miami turnovers -- three coming on interceptions by the starting linebackers -- to halt a two-game skid heading into their bye week. Chris Johnson ran for 126 yards with a touchdown in the victory, while Kendall Wright and Jared Cook each caught a scoring pass. Tennessee opened a 21-0 lead just under 16 minutes into this contest, a complete reversal from last Sunday when the Bears raced out to a 28-2 advantage after one quarter en route to a 51-20 blowout -- a defeat that had franchise patriarch Bud Adams "at a loss" to explain. The Dolphins (4-5) were coming off a 23-20 loss at Indianapolis last week and suffered their worst setback of the season. Miami's last three losses had all come by just three points -- two in overtime -- after the club opened the season with a 30-10 drubbing at Houston. Minneapolis, MN (Sports Network) - Adrian Peterson ran for 171 yards and a touchdown on 27 carries as the Minnesota Vikings grabbed a big win with a 34-24 victory over the Detroit Lions in NFC North action from the Metrodome. Peterson eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark for the fifth time in his career and leads the NFL with 1,128 yards. His 61-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter sealed the win for the Vikings (6-4), who snapped a two-game losing streak going into the bye week. Christian Ponder snapped out of his funk with a solid performance as he passed for 221 yards and two touchdowns on 24- of-32 attempts. He was coming off an 11-of-22, 63 yard and one interception performance in a loss to Seattle last week. He had eight interceptions over his previous five games. Calvin Johnson finished with his best game of the season as he had a career-high 12 catches for 207 yards and his first touchdown since Week 3. Matthew Stafford passed for 329 yards, three touchdowns and an interception on 28-of-42 attempts for the Lions (4-5), who were riding a two-game winning streak coming into Sunday's action.

Foxboro, MA (Sports Network) - Devin McCourty's interception of Ryan Fitzpatrick in the end zone prevented a late New England collapse, as the Patriots held on for a 37-31 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Following a 27-yard field goal by New England's Stephen Gostkowski, the Bills took over with 2:06 remaining in the game. Fitzpatrick led a drive to the Patriots' 15 before throwing the ball directly to McCourty. Tom Brady threw for 237 yards and two touchdowns on 23-of-38 efficiency for the Patriots (6-3), who won their third consecutive game and 11th straight against the Bills at Gillette Stadium. Stevan Ridley ran for a game-high 98 yards and a score on 22 carries, while Danny Woodhead ran for one touchdown and caught a pass for another score for New England. Fitzpatrick completed 27-of-40 throws for 337 yards and two touchdowns on the day for the Bills (3-6), who dropped their third game in a row and remain winless in division play.

New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - New Orleans hasn't done much right on defense this season, but they stopped Atlanta twice in the final few minutes of Sunday's game to shock the previously unbeaten Falcons, 31-27. Trailing by four, 31-27, Matt Ryan led the Falcons down to the New Orleans 1-yard line with two minutes to play. The Saints, however, did not break as they held strong over the next four plays to keep Atlanta out of the end zone. The Saints were unable to run the rest of the clock out. Thus, the Falcons took over at their own 31 with 37 seconds to go. Atlanta picked up nine yards on first down. Once again, New Orleans stepped it up on defense to preserve the victory. New Orleans has won two in a row to improve to 4-5, while the Falcons fell to 8-1.

Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - Josh Freeman threw for 210 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the San Diego Chargers, 34-24, on Sunday. Doug Martin rushed for 68 yards on 19 carries and also caught three passes for 51 yards for the Buccaneers (5-4), who have won three straight and four of their last five. Tiquan Underwood and Dallas Clark each caught a touchdown pass in the win. San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers completed 29-of-37 passes for 337 yards and three touchdowns, but also threw a pair of interceptions. Danario Alexander had five catches for 134 yards and a touchdown and Malcom Floyd had six catches for 63 yards and a score for the Chargers (4-5), losers in four of their last five.

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - Russell Wilson threw two touchdowns and Marshawn Lynch ran for 124 yards and score, as the Seattle Seahawks dispatched the New York Jets, 28-7, to stay undefeated at home. Wilson completed an efficient 12-of-19 passes for 188 yards and Golden Tate caught a score and threw for another for Seattle (6-4), which has strung together back-to- back wins. The Jets scored their only points on a 21-yard fumble recovery by Muhammad Wilkerson in the first quarter. Mark Sanchez, who has led New York (3-6) to just one offensive touchdown in its last eight quarters, continued to make poor decisions on Sunday. He completed just 9-of-22 throws for 124 yards while throwing an interception in the end zone and losing a fumble in the fourth quarter for New York, which is off to its worst start since 2007. Jeremy Kerley caught a team-high five passes for 57 yards for the Jets, who have dropped three straight and five of their last six.

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - The Dallas Cowboys scored touchdowns in all three phases of the game in the second half, as they came from behind to upend the reeling Philadelphia Eagles, 38-23, at Lincoln Financial Field. With the New York Giants losing earlier Sunday, Dallas pulled within one game in the loss column of the division leaders despite being under .500. The Cowboys (4-5), coming off two straight losses, took advantage of the opportunity with a memorable 2:35 stretch, starting with Dez Bryant's highlight-reel catch in the end zone on the last play of the third quarter. Dwayne Harris then returned a punt 78 yards for a go-ahead score 1:25 into the fourth, and Brandon Carr picked off a Nick Foles pass and took it 47 yards for a TD a little later. Foles made his NFL debut after Michael Vick left in the second quarter with a concussion. The rookie threw a touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin and completed 22-of-32 passes for 219 yards, but also lost a fumble that was recovered by Dallas in the end zone. Tony Romo was an efficient 19-of-26 through the air for 209 yards and two scores, while Felix Jones amassed 93 yards from scrimmage and caught a touchdown pass in the victory. The Eagles (3-6) have lost five straight games for the first time in Andy Reid's 14-year tenure as head coach.

San Francisco, CA (Sports Network) - David Akers and Greg Zuerlein both missed field goals in overtime and the San Francisco 49ers and the St. Louis Rams played to a 24-24 tie. It was the NFL's first tie since Nov. 16, 2008 when the Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals finished their contest knotted at 13-13. Akers, who sent the game into overtime with a 33-yard field goal with three seconds remaining in regulation, sailed his kick wide left from 41 yards out midway through the extra session. Zuerlein initially nailed a 53-yard attempt on St. Louis' ensuing series, but a delay of game penalty was called. The rookie kicker, who split the uprights from 60 yards away earlier in the year, missed to the right from 58 yards out.

Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Matt Schaub threw the game's lone touchdown to Arian Foster, and the Houston Texans prevailed in a defensive slugfest, posting a 13-6 win over the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. Foster had 102 yards on 29 carries and added 15 yards on five receptions for the Texans (8-1), who tied a franchise record by winning their fourth consecutive road game. Jason Campbell filled in at quarterback for a concussed Jay Cutler, but couldn't lead Chicago (7-2) on a game-tying drive in the waning moments.

Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - With payback on its mind, Indianapolis continued one of the NFL's most surprising stories. Andrew Luck threw for 227 yards and ran for two scores as the Colts avenged a Week 3 loss to Jacksonville with a 27-10 thumping on Thursday night. The Colts (6-3) used their 22-17 home loss to the Jaguars in Week 3 as fuel to start fast and cruise throughout most of the second half. Indianapolis is 5-1 since head coach Chuck Pagano left the team to go through treatment for leukemia. With Luck under center, the Colts have already doubled their win total from during Peyton Manning's rookie season. Luck's streak of four straight 300-yard passing games did come to an end, but he used his legs effectively in the red zone and shook off two turnovers to guide the Colts to their first 4-game winning streak since the end of the 2010 season. Vick Ballard and Donald Brown combined for 90 yards rushing and the Colts managed a collective 138 yards on the ground. Luck completed 18-of-26 passes, including eight for 96 yards to favorite target Reggie Wayne. Darius Butler finished with two interceptions, including one for a touchdown, in the victory. Blaine Gabbert completed 18-of-31 passes for 209 yards and an interception before leaving early in the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury. Chad Henne lit a fire under the Jaguars (1-8), completing 10-of-16 passes for 121 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Cecil Shorts caught that score along with five other passes for 105 total yards.
