KICK OFF THE HOLIDAYS WITH TRADITION
The Annual Zoolights display opens today at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, 5400 N. Pearl St. In its 25th year, the display features hundreds of lighted, animated displays throughout the zoo grounds. The visit makes for a fun family night. It is open daily 5-9 p.m. through Jan. 1, admission is $4.25-$7.25, kids two and younger are free, pdza.org.

LOCAL THEATER FEATURES SHAKESPEARE
The Lakewood Playhouse brings the madness and mayhem of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” to the stage. The comedy of mistaken identities, lust and more is playing today through Dec. 2. Showtimes are 8 p.m. tonight and Saturdays, 2 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $18-$24, pay-what-you-can performance is 8 p.m. Nov. 29.
