T he Capitol Volkssport Club is holding a walk through the historic South Capitol neighborhood, across the Capitol Campus, around Capitol Lake to West Bay Park, along the waterfront and through downtown Olympia; 5- and 10-kilometer routes; start between 3-6 p.m. and finish by 9 p.m., the lighted ship parade starts at 6 p.m., Saturday; start at the United Churches at the corner of Capitol Way and 11th Avenue Southeast, Olympia; for information, contact Susan Berry at 360-491-7266 or lsberry@comcast.net; capitolvolkssportclub.org.
