The statue will be set at the top of the children’s hill of Puyallup’s Woodbine Cemetery and will be formally revealed Thursday during a 7 p.m. vigil for children who are lost.

On Monday, a 10,000-pound statue was erected at Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup on a hill overlooking the resting place of Charlie and Braden Powell. The boys, ages 7 and 5, were killed by their father, Josh Powell, earlier this year during a supervised visit at his rented home in the Graham area.
The road that winds through Puyallup’s Woodbine Cemetery was bumper to bumper Tuesday night, as people turned out into the cold to dedicate the graveyard’s new angel, and to remember angels of their own.
Josh Powell’s brother apparently died by suicide Monday by jumping off a parking garage in downtown Minneapolis.
Utah investigators handling the case of missing mother Susan Powell examined her father-in-law’s cellphone, calendar and emails earlier this year – more than two years after she disappeared.
For the first time, Utah police said they believe Susan Powell's brother-in-law was "heavily involved" in getting rid of her body.
