The presentation will feature his 72-pitch, first ascent of the southwest ridge on the 21,750-foot Siguniang Shan in western China’s Qionglai Mountains.

The Seattle resident, who has reached the summit of Mount Rainier 76 times, also has led climbing expeditions across the world for climbing companies including Alpine Ascents International, Mountain Madness and Cascade Alpine Guides.

Presented by The Mountaineers and Outdoor Research, Kellogg’s free program will begin at 8 p.m. at The Mountaineers Program Center, 7700 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle.
