Hans Zeiger to continue on higher education, transportation

House Republican leadership have announced committee assignments for the upcoming legislative session and Rep. Hans Zeiger, R-Puyallup, said he plans to continue his work on higher education and transportation issues in his second term.

House Republican leadership have announced committee assignments for the upcoming legislative session and Rep. Hans Zeiger, R-Puyallup, said he plans to continue his work on higher education and transportation issues in his second term.

Zeiger will be the Assistant Ranking Republican on the House Higher Education Committee and continue his focus on the transportation committee. Other committees he will be on comprise Early Learning and Human Services and Technology and Economic Development.

The Legislature convenes Jan. 14. The regular session is scheduled for 105 days.
