Jones' Mock Salt comes from University Place resident June Jones, who also sells her salts at Tacoma Food Co-Op.
BBQ spices: C-Dub's BBQ Rub and Lucky Pig barbecue spices are available at Pip and Lola's, a store in Freighthouse Square. The two spice rub companies are based in South Sound.
Meat: Blue Max in Puyallup makes its own beef pepperoni, summer sausage and beef jerky. The company also makes house-made pork sausage.
