The 2013 prediction is down from the 2012 forecast of 314,200 fish and the actual return of 203,100 fish, according to the Technical Advisory Committee. The 2013 forecast of upper river summer chinook is 73,500 fish, compared with this year’s forecast of 91,200 fish and the actual return of 58,300 fish.
