D ec. 1 — A man filed a vehicle prowl report after he found a door lock on his car had been punched. Missing from the vehicle were a cordless drill and some of his children’s clothing. There were no suspects at the time of the report.
Seattle police found Snodgrass and his vehicle safe just after midnight.
