WALLA WALLA -- The Walla Walla School Board will have a special meeting Friday to discuss the proposed bond to improve Walla Walla High School.

Discussion will be focused on whether to return any potential excess money collected from the bond to taxpayers or to retain the money for other district facility improvements. Voters will see the bond on a February ballot.

The meeting is open to the public and will be at noon in the district board room at the district's offices at 364 S. Park St. in Walla Walla.
