Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte left Sunday's contest against the Arizona Cardinals with an ankle injury and will not return.
Forte hurt his ankle early in the third quarter and the team has declared him out for the remainder of the contest.
Before leaving the game, Forte rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.
