D ec. 19 — A man called police from McDonald’s in Gig Harbor North to report a woman he knew stole his cell phone. The man said he was pushed by the woman, who fled the scene. The man provided a contact number for the suspect. The officer reached the woman, who said the phone was her daughter’s and she was getting it back. She denied assaulting the man. The case was deemed to be a civil matter. No arrests were made.
