A 33-year-old Kennewick man was arrested Thursday after allegedly pointing a bow and arrow at a woman through a closed door.

Kennewick police were called to the 700 block of North Center Parkway after the woman reported a man was pounding on her front door and yelling at her to let him in.

When officers arrived, they questioned Gregory Ballard and he reportedly admitted to pointing the bow and arrow at the woman, authorities said.

Ballard allegedly also told police that the government had implanted a chip in his head and that he was under the control of the president.

Ballard was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of harassment and unlawfully displaying a deadly weapon.
