Bonney Lake High School’s Culinary Arts Program, along with executive chef Russell Lowell, will prepare and serve a three-course dinner Thursday at the school.
The culinary program introduces basic skills to students in an instructional kitchen before moving on to higher-level food preparation and culinary arts. Students also learn concepts such as customer relations, accounting, food cost controls and marketing.
Lowell is a well-known caterer and owner of two restaurants in the Seattle area.
The dinner, open to the public, starts at 6:30 p.m. at the school, located at 10920 199th Ave. Court E. Tickets are $25 and must be purchased in advance.
Contact the school at 253-891-5700.
