Steilacoom group seeks extension for park donation

A group of Steilacoom residents is asking town leaders for more time to purchase land that they in turn would donate to the town for use as a small park.

A group of Steilacoom residents is asking town leaders for more time to purchase land that they in turn would donate to the town for use as a small park.

The Town Council passed a resolution in 2011 stating the town’s intent to accept the donation of the property near the corner of Galloway and Lexington streets from the Harlock Place Park Stewardship Committee.
