The Sumner branch of the Pierce County Library System will host a self-publishing workshop from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 18.

Local authors Ilene Little, Florence Petheram and Helena Poortvliet will lead a question-and-answer discussion about the topic. The library is located at 1116 Fryar Ave.
