UW professor to speak on crows at community center

Fox Island Nature Center will sponsor a free pubic lecture by University of Washington professor John Marzluff entitled “Gifts of the Crow” on Jan. 18 at Nichols Community Center, 690 9th Ave., Fox Island.

Fox Island Nature Center will sponsor a free pubic lecture by University of Washington professor John Marzluff entitled “Gifts of the Crow” on Jan. 18 at Nichols Community Center, 690 9th Ave., Fox Island.

Marzluff, a professor at the School of Environmental and Forest Sciences, has been studying crows for years and has written for many publications and several books on crows and their behavior.

The public, including children, are invited to attend.
