A Shelton-area man who died after falling from a moving vehicle on Harrison Avenue has been identified as Adam Joe Allen, 27. Officers found Allen about 4 p.m. Wednesday near Yauger Way on Olympia's west side. He apparently was ejected from the passenger side of the vehicle and wasn't struck by another vehicle.

Allen was taken to Providence St. Peter Hospital and later pronounced dead. An autopsy is set for Friday, Thurston County Coroner Gary Warnock said.

No foul play is suspected, Olympia police spokeswoman Laura Wohl said Thursday. Police continue to investigate.
