A Franklin County jury found a 31-year-old Tri-City man guilty Friday of beating and raping a Pasco woman in 2011.
Jonathan Keenan Gordon is set to be sentenced Jan. 29 and faces 17 to 23 years in prison. The Indeterminate Sentence Review Board will set his actual release date.
The victim told Franklin County sheriff's deputies that Gordon and another man took her to a Pasco apartment, where Gordon raped her while the second man held her down, according to court documents. Charges against the second man were dismissed.
Sentencing tentatively is set for Jan. 29.
