A warrant has been issued for a Tacoma woman charged with setting her boyfriend’s car on fire in an alcohol-infused rage.
Pierce County prosecutors allege Falon Miller, 30, set a fire in the back seat of the car Nov. 3 after her boyfriend told her he didn’t want her drinking the vodka she’d brought to his house.
Miller has been charged with second-degree arson.
She allegedly threatened to start the fire, but her boyfriend thought she was joking. Later that evening, he looked out the window and saw flames coming from his car. He found a gasoline can with a flaming towel stuffed inside in the back seat. He tossed the can into a garbage bin, which also ignited.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze.
