Odyssey Sims had 15 points and seven assists for the Bears (16-1, 6-0 Big 12), who won their record 28th consecutive regular season conference game.
Christal Caldwell led West Virginia (11-6, 3-3) with 22 points. Taylor Palmer scored 17.
At No. 3 Connecticut 87, Syracuse 62: Stefanie Dolson scored a career-high 25 points to lead the Huskies (16-1, 4-1 Big East) past the Orange (15-2, 3-1).
Dolson, who was 9-for-17 shooting, also became the 36th player in UConn history to reach 1,000 points for her career.
At No. 16 Oklahoma 69, Texas 56: Aaryn Ellenberg scored 22 points for the Sooners (15-3, 5-1 Big 12).
Joanna McFarland scored 15 points and Nicole Griffin scored 10 for Oklahoma, which never trailed in bouncing back from an 82-61 loss to No. 24 Iowa State on Tuesday.
Chassidy Fussell led the Longhorns (7-10, 0-6) with 21 points and nine rebounds.
At Texas Tech 70, No. 23 Kansas 63: Chynna Brown scored 20 points to lead the Red Raiders (14-4, 4-2 Big 12) to an upset of the conference rival Jayhawks (11-5, 2-3.
Brown, who was 8-for-13 from the floor, added four assists and four steals.
