Northwest Trek will hold an open house for those who want to learn about volunteering in education, animal care and maintenance. The session is scheduled from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Jan. 26 at the park’s Forest Theater.
There will be an overview of volunteering at the park and then an informal question-and-answer session.
The wildlife park is at 11610 Trek Drive E., off state Route 161, Eatonville.

Two orphaned moose brought to Northwest Trek last summer have been released into the Eatonville park’s free-roaming area, where people can now see them from the tram.
Tickets are on sale now for a March 23 event featuring National Geographic photographer Joel Sartore that will benefit the Northwest Trek Foundation.
