The death of an Olympia man who was discovered drowned Sunday at West Bay Marina was determined to be accidental, Thurston County Coroner Gary Warnock said.

Warnock identified the man as Eric S. Ingham, 47, who was a resident of the marina. An autopsy today determined the cause of death to be asphyxiated drowning, Warnock said. There was no evidence of foul play.

The Olympia Fire Department reported to the body at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday. Firefighters found Ingham in the water between two boats under a covered area of the marina, according to the department.
