R esidents can provide input on the implementation of Initiative 502, which voters approved in November to legalize the use of marijuana in Washington state, at an evening forum tonight. The forum will take place at the Washington State Liquor Control Board headquarters at 3000 Pacific Ave. SE, and is the first of six forums the board will hold throughout the state as it develops rules regarding I-502.
