School Daze, a family owned business, will shutter its store at 3630 Cedar St. on Jan. 31, co-owner Jerry England said. School Daze in Olympia, in Capital Village, will stay open. Online sales will continue as well.

Investigators have determined that a fire started inside the Tacoma Central PetSmart Thursday night was arson.
What’s open or closed Jan. 1:
• Schools are closed.
• Boise State University and administrative offices are closed.

Government offices and public schools will be closed Monday, Jan 21, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which honors King's birthday. Grocery stores, Bellis Fair, most retail stores and restaurants will be open.
